The soil structure
A well structured soil gives space for living processes which in turn improve soil structure. Growing from rich fertile earth a plant can already build upon the living to develop its full potential and that way become a wholesome food for men and beast.
To enliven the earth we prepare compost from cattle manure, straw, garden leftovers and tree cuttings using the biodynamic compost preparations.
We feed the soil and the plants take what they need. We don‘t force them to blow up through water soluble nutrients but we prepare a well balanced storage in the soil where proteins and other complex substances are stored in colloidial form. This ensures that the rain doesn‘t wash them out too easily and that in times of drought moisture is held. Return to post
